Situation: The apartments are located in the heart of the Algarve, around 30 km from the international airport. The sea lies around 500 m away and the apartments lie by Maria Luisa sandy beach, one of the prettiest beaches of the Algarve. The complex enjoys a peaceful location and is surrounded by pine trees, mimosas and Eucalyptus trees. Within a few minutes guests will arrive in Albufeira, a lively city offering all kinds of entertainment, leisure activities and shopping opportunities, which is also one of the most famous beach resorts of Europe. The centre of Olhos de Agua is around 1.3 km away, while it is some 5 km to the nearest public transport.

Lodging: In the complex, guests will find studio apartments without a terrace and apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms with a terrace. All the lodgings include an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a hire safe and individual heating. Moreover, they are equipped with a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave, tea/coffee maker and a combined lounge/bedroom.

Services: Renovated in 2002, the resort consists of 3 4-storey buildings with a total of 210 apartments. In the centre, guests will find a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, safes (charges apply) Internet access (charges apply), a games room, a TV room and bicycle rental (charges apply). Further facilities include a small supermarket, a restaurant, a bar serving snacks, delicious barbecues in the summer and excellent service à la carte with appetising dishes from the Algarve and Portugal. In addition, there is the Sports Bar with 2 giant screens, pool/billiards, video games and more. Room service (except Sundays and holidays), bed linen change (twice a week), a laundry service (fees apply) and medical assistance (fees apply) are all available. There is also a car park for those arriving by car. The welcoming personnel offer guests a homely feeling. All the activities and the nightclub offer an entertaining atmosphere. Open the whole year, all the necessary facilities are offered, aiming to fulfil the needs of the most demanding guest.

Board: A continental breakfast is served. Lunch and dinner may be chosen à la carte, while dinner may also be ordered from a set menu.

Sports: The complex features a swimming pool with children's pools, a poolside snack bar, as well as sun loungers. It is also possible play billiards, the nearest tennis courts are just 300 m away and the golf course is around 700 m away. Within 15 minutes guests will find a casino, horse rental and Marina de Vilamoura yacht club. There are also various water sports available on the beach, such as water skiing, canoeing or pedalo hire. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out available for use on the sandy beach (for an additional fee).

How to arrive: From Faro Airport, follow the direction of Portimão/Albufeira by the EN 125, after 20 km take the exit to the left in direction Albufeira/Balaia/Olhos d'Água. Follow the indications to Olhos d'Água in all the roundabouts and intersections. It is located on the main road, after Olhos d'Agua, near a gas station and a Bus stop, on the left side.
