Situation: This apartment hotel is located on Santa Eulália Road, near the Bull Ring, only a few metres from Santa Eulália and Oura Beach (200 m) and very close to the nearest public transport links (5 minutes' walk). This property is only a few minutes' walk from The Strip where guests can find all the restaurants, bars and entertainment they need for a wonderful holiday. It is surrounded by restaurants, banks, a post office and car hire offices and is set in Areias de S. João, the new area of Albufeira. The centre of Albufeira and Albufeira Old Town are a 5-minute drive from the hotel and guests will find shopping opportunities 10 minutes' drive away. Faro Airport is just 30 km from the hotel.

Lodging: The studio apartments are fully equipped and feature an entrance hall, a joint bedroom and living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bathrooms offer a bathtub/shower and the units are modern, recently built with bright and appealing accommodation. The 2-bedroom villas or town houses are also fully equipped and stretch over 2 levels. They have an entrance hall, a kitchen, service WC, a living room and a large, bright terrace on the ground floor. They also offer 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower, 1 double room with 2 single beds, a WC and a shower room and a terrace. The villas are very comfortable and spacious and are the ideal accommodation for families. Furthermore, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a safe are provided in all accommodation as standard. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine and an ironing set and the units are individually heated. All accommodation also features either a balcony or a terrace.

Services: This apartment hotel is the ideal place for a great holiday. It is located near two of Albufeira's best known beaches. It comprises a total of 90 studios and 10 villas and offers apartments equipped with every comfort necessary for guests to enjoy their time on the Algarve. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, Internet access and a children's playground for the younger guests. Parking is available for those arriving by car and it is possible to hire bicycles on the premises.

Comments: Check-in is from 2:30 pm to 10 pm and guests are required to check out between 9 am and 11 am. The reception hours in winter are 10 am to 8 pm, and in summer from 9 am to 11 pm. Guests should contact the hotel by telephone or email if arriving outside these times.

How to arrive: Guests arriving from Faro Airport should take Route A22 and exit for Albufeira/Areias de S.João/Estrada de Santa Eulália. Those coming from the train station should head for Ferreiras/Albufeira train station and drive, or take a taxi to Estrada de Santa Eulália/Areias de S.João. Guests coming from the bus station should head for Albufeira station and either drive or take a taxi to Estrada de Santa Eulália/Areias de S.João.
