Situation: This welcoming hotel lies on the outskirts of Praia da Rocha and offers a stunning view over the sea and the town. The hotel is only one street from a sandy beach, which can be reached by descending a flight of steps. The centre of Praia da Rocha with shops, restaurants, bars and discos is only 1.5 km away and links to the public transport network lie just 400 m from the hotel.

Lodging: All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with a living room/ bedroom and a separate bedroom. They also feature a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette with two electric hobs, a fridge, and a safe. All apartments additionally have a balcony.

Services: This hotel was built in 1992 and consists of 8 floors with a total of 107 apartments. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with lifts, safes, a games room and a 24-hour reception. In addition, the hotel has a cosy bar, a supermarket, a shop and an à la carte restaurant. Further services include the laundry service (charges apply). Outside the hotel guests will find parking facilities.

Board: A breakfast buffet is available every morning. At midday and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu.Halfboard regime clients have a choice of menu, drinks are not included.

Sports: The hotel offers guests use of a swimming pool, parasols and sun loungers as well as a poolside snack bar and a billiards table (at an extra cost). The nearest golf course is 2 km away. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests on the beach (charges apply).

Comments: The hotel require a deposit of 50 euros per person for all reservations that include the New Year Eve, which will be returned if there is no damage to the apartments.
