Situation: This stylish apartment hotel is located in the tourist area of Olhos-d'Água, only 500 m from the nearest beach. A good selection of restaurants, bars and local shops are all within walking distance. The hotel is also within walking distance of the supermarket, pharmacy, local fresh fruit/vegetable/fish market, bank and ATMs. Public buses and a taxi rank are just 50 m from the complex. The hotel is just 3 km from lively Oura, 5 km from the main town of Albufeira and 30 km from Faro Airport.

Lodging: The stylishly furnished apartments each come equipped with air conditioning and a kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, vitroceramic hob with 2 rings, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Further amenities include a lounge area, bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite and cable TV, hire safe and balcony. There are special large one-bedroom apartments, available in two sizes: standard (sleeps 4) and superior (sleeps 5).

Services: Stylishly renovated in 2006, this classy apartment hotel has a total of 41 comfortable studios spread over 5 floors. It is fully air-conditioned and offers a pleasant lobby with a reception desk open daily from 8 am to midnight (between midnight and 8 am, this service is provided by the reception of the Hotel Oceanus, which is right next door). Further facilities include a hotel safe, lift access, a bar and a restaurant. Parking facilities are also available. Internet access and a WLAN access point are available for additional fees.

Board: The hotel restaurant offers guests an à la carte menu. A continental breakfast is served daily for those with Bed & Breakfast and Half Board packages. Those with half-board with or without drinks (a drink per person) bookings additionally enjoy a set menu dinner. During the summer months, the restaurant serves snacks by the pool.

Sports: The hotel has separate adult's and children's outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols. The nearest golf course is just 3 km away.

Comments: Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Between midnight and 8 am, the reception service is provided by the Hotel Oceanus, which is right next door. There is a cleaning service 5 times a week.

How to arrive: Departing from Faro, take the national road, EN 125, following signs to Portimão. Take the highway A22 'Via do Infante', and take the Boliqueime exit. At the traffic lights in Boliqueime, take a right and follow the EN 125. You will go through a locality called Patã. Keep ahead until you reach a big cross road with traffic lights. Here take a left, and keep going straight ahead until you come to the roundabout with the large metal globe, keep ahead until you get to another round about, this one with palm trees, take a left towards Olhos-d'Água/Torre da Medronheira. Keep going ahead for roughly 2 km. After passing the local supermarket on the left-hand side, turn right at the T-junction, and follow the signs to the hotel.
