Situation: This aparthotel is located 250 m from Aveiros Beach and Forte Sao Joao Beach. It is 2 km away from Albufeira old town and only 300 m from the famous Oura Strip. It is just across the road from Kiss Disco Club. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away and Faro Airport is located around 38 km from the establishment.

Lodging: Apartments come with 2 beds and a kitchenette, which is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Other amenities include a sofa bed with 2 beds in the living room area. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with shower/bathtub. Additional features include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, pay safe and a large terrace. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

Services: Built in 2008, this brand-new hotel features state-of-the-art decoration, private parking and a terrace and garden area which provide plenty of space to relax beside the swimming pool. With a total of 64 apartments, the air-conditioned aparthotel welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and lift access. Younger guests will enjoy the children's playground, and a games room is also available. The bar and restaurant provided food and drinks, and further amenities include Internet access (fees apply), as well as a laundry service (fees apply) and a car park and garage.

Board: Continental breakfast buffet is served, and lunch and dinner are available à la carte or as set menus.

Sports: There is an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children. Guests can relax on the sun loungers under parasols or grab refreshments at the poolside snack bar. The aparthotel also provides a garden, table tennis and a pool/snooker table. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the nearby beach.

Comments: A damage deposit is required at check in which is returned at check out.

How to arrive: From Faro Airport: follow the signs to Albufeira and head towards the motorway (A22). Continue to the exit that says Albufeira. Upon arrival in the town of Albufeira, simply drive all the way until Areias de S. Joao. At the Hums roundabout, turn right until the next roundabout. Then turn right. Simply drive all the way and turn left.
