Situation: This club hotel is located directly beside the sea on the outskirts of Ponta Delgada and less than 4 km from the inner city. A selection of shops, bars and restaurants are to be found within 750 m of the hotel and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

Lodging: The comfortable rooms each come with a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar/ fridge, carpeting, air conditioning, central heating and a hire safe as standard.

Services: The hotel was opened in 2002 and comprises 6 floors with a total of 111 floors of which 106 are double rooms and 5 are suites. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange bureau and a lift. In addition, there is a bar, a café, a TV room, a games room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, a conference room and a public Internet terminal available to guests. Younger guests may let off steam on the children's playground and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities. A laundry service rounds off the facilities.

Board: Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and evening meal from an ample buffet; lunch may be taken à la carte. In addition, special dietary requirements and individual-specific dishes can be provided.

Sports: In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool, a poolside bar as well as sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Leisure options include a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam baths and a massage service and sports enthusiasts may play tennis, squash, or billiards as well as pay a visit to the in-house gym. The seasonal entertainment programme provides some variation.
