Situation: The hotel is located 800 m from the beach and 2 km from the touristic fishing centre of Armação de Pêra where one can enjoy many sports and leisure activities at the heart of the Algarve coast. There are restaurants and bars about 500 m from the hotel and the nearest bus stop is also about 500 m away. The train station in Alcantarilha is approximately 5.5 km from the hotel and it is 49 km from Faro International Airport.

Lodging: There are one-bedroom (Quinta das Figueirinhas) or two-bedroom (Quintinha Village) apartments available with a kitchen complete with a stove, microwave and coffee machine. Amenities also include satellite TV, a telephone, full bathroom/WC and a balcony or terrace. Double and twin bedroom apartments are also on offer. There is also available dishwasher and washing machine in the two-bedroom apartments.

Services: The family-friendly apartment hotel has been open since 1998. The establishment was renovated in 2009 and has 135 modern and well-equipped apartments on offer. It is a very quiet resort with two swimming pools, lawn gardens, a playground and playroom, wireless Internet access and a free minibus to the town/beach. There is 24-hour reception service as well a bar on the premises. One bedroom apartment is in Quinta das Figueirinhas and two bedroom apartments are in Quintinha Village.

Board: The hotel's restaurant serves à la carte meals and has a terrace. A continental breakfast is also on offer.

Sports: There are two swimming pools (for adults and children), a pool table (fees apply), as well as handball, volleyball and a football field on the grass. The hotel organises entertainment programmes for children and bicycles may also be hired on site (hire fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the sandy beach (hire fees apply) and there is a golf course about 5.5 km away in Alcantarilha.
